Can I view or try a cycle before I decide to buy?
Of course you can, we can come to you: We suggest you choose up to 4 of our cycles to view. Contact us with the names and stock numbers of these cycles and we will make arrangements to bring them to you, anywhere on the Isle of Wight, for a no obligation viewing most weekends or weekday evenings. If you decide not to purchase one that's absolutely fine, our visit is free. However, if you do decide one is right for you, we can leave it with you and you can pay by debit or credit cards or even cash!
I know which cycle I want, can I just buy it now?
Absolutely. Just click 'Buy Now' on the cycle's product page and follow payment instructions. If you live on the Isle of Wight we offer FREE DELIVERY
I live on the mainland. can I buy a bike?
Yes, of course you can. We can ship cycles to any UK address using ParcelForce. Shipping costs £25/bike.
I live overseas, can I buy a bike?
No, we only sell and ship within the UK. no overseas sales.
where do you get your bikes?
All our cycles are personally selected for resale. The majority are purchased directly from their owners at their own homes on the Island. That way we can not only assess the cycle, but also ask questions of the bike's history directly to the owner. We NEVER buy cycles from police auctions or from people who cannot prove ownership - that's why we only buy from their house and not from a car park, workplace or boot sale etc.
Occasionally we will also buy cycles that have been part exchanged against new models at a select small number of trusted cycle retailers on the south coast.

Are all your cycles from the isle of wight?
Most of our cycles are from the Isle of Wight, a few are purchased from a small number of trusted cycle retailers in the Portsmouth and Southampton/New Forest areas. We never buy a cycle that we have not inspected first.
Do you offer a warranty?
We offer a 7 day no quibble refund if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason. We just ask that the cycle is returned in exactly the same condition as it was when delivered.
In addition, we offer upto 90 days mechanical warranty depending on mechanical grade of cycle sold. If anything mechanical goes wrong within within the warranty period from date of purchase, contact us and we will arrange for collection and repair.
If you have had your cycle shipped to mainland UK, this warranty covers replacement of any faulty machanical part and does not cover any labour costs incurred to remove or replace - simply return the faulty part (not complete bike) to us and we will send a good used replacement part by return.
Exclusions:
Part Exchange cycles sold to raise funds for St.Catherine's Speech and Language in Ventnor, and cycles with mechanical grade C, are strictly sold as seen with no warranty implied or given. These cycles are clearly marked as such in the cycle descriptions and 100% of the proceeds of these sales go to the charity.

Do you sell electric bikes?
No, we do not. In our experience, there are usually two reasons why someone wants to sell their e-bike. Either they don't get used and just sit in their garage (like anything with a rechargeable battery, not charging them for extended periods kills the battery life), or they get used so much that the batteries wear out with ever reducing range.
Whilst replacement batteries and motors are available to refurbish e-bikes, the cost of the batteries (often many £hundreds) mean they are uneconomic for us to get involved with.
